Multimodal Ocean & Air Freight Forwarding
Leveraging direct carrier contracts across major global shipping alliances (2M, Ocean Alliance, THE Alliance), we secure confirmed vessel space and preferential demurrage-free periods for FCL, LCL, and temperature-controlled reefers. For express consignments, our air freight division manages direct uplifts from Mumbai Sahar (BOM) and Ahmedabad.
Direct Port Delivery (DPD) & Factory Drayage
We empower importers to bypass off-dock Container Freight Station (CFS) handling tariffs through authorized Direct Port Delivery (DPD) protocols. Once customs clearance is granted, our fleet of GPS-monitored prime movers and multi-axle hydraulic low-bed trailers transports your cargo straight from quayside to the factory foundation.

Pre-Arrival EDI Filing & HSN Audit
Commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading are ingested into ICEGATE 1.5. Advance Bill of Entry is generated and duty assessed before the ship touches Indian territorial waters.
Quayside Vessel Tally & Seal Verification
Our on-dock tally clerk attends quayside discharge at BMCT/APMT/Mundra. We confirm container seal integrity, discharge order, and route container to DPD lane or designated examination zone.
On-Dock Customs Inspection Supervision
A licensed Montrance customs officer physically accompanies customs appraisers during container destuffing and verification. Discrepancies or queries are answered immediately on the spot.
Electronic OOC & Expedited Drayage
Out of Charge (OOC) is electronically logged in ICEGATE. Terminal gate pass is generated and our low-bed or multi-axle trailer departs the terminal gate within shipping line free days.
